Conversations from Chancellor Street is a podcast from the Center for Christian Study at the University of Virginia. At the Center for Christian Study we seek to promote Christian formation through the communication of Biblical truth, for the good of the University community, with hospitality and care, and in unity with other Grounds ministries. The intent of this podcast is to pull back the curtain on the formative dialogues that take place within our programs and around our building on a daily basis.

This is the fourth session of a small group series titled "The Business of Faithfulness: Conversations with Business Leaders on Faith and Work."
In this session, Rick Campanelli speaks on the importance of integrity and how to be the "aroma of Christ" in our workplaces.
Rick Campanelli previously served as the Director of the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and a trial attorney in the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Rick currently teaches ethics at the Batten School and helps lead Darden and Law Christian Fellowships.
